We laid cappuccino blend aggregate over permeable tarmac to ensure it was SUDs compliant, and used slate Tobermore Shannon Duo to frame the driveway, defining the shape of the new driveway in Sale, Manchester. The colours in the aggregate and the slate brick edging perfectly complemented one another, the colour of the brick picking out the grey in the aggregate. We used the brick edging to follow the line of the lawn and highlight the shape of the porch at the front door.
